GuidesFAQ
Can you breed Legendary Pals?
You can use a Legendary as a parent, but Legendaries never hatch from an ordinary pairing. Each one has its own fixed parent pair instead.
Does the gender of the parents matter?
Almost never. You need one male and one female to breed at all, but the child is the same either way. There is one exception, Katress and Wixen, where the result depends on which parent is male.
Are the crossover Pals included?
Yes. The Slimes, Demon Eye, Eye of Cthulhu, Cave Bat and Enchanted Sword are all included. They breed with each other through fixed pairs, and they can be paired with ordinary Pals as well.
Does breeding affect stats and passive skills?
Yes, but separately from which species hatches. Passive skills can pass down from either parent, and a same species pair is the usual way to work towards a stronger individual. The calculator covers which Pal you get, not the passives it rolls.
